With every pacifier chain and every teething toy you order, you'll receive a safety and care guide. It explains how to properly clean the products.

We recommend washing the lid of the lunch boxes by hand to guarantee the durability of the metal plate.

Our entire handicraft material is produced according to the European toy standard DIN EN 71 and is therefore free of pollutants.

According to the European standard, a pacifier chain may be no longer than 22 cm, including the loop. Please note that we may adjust the design of the pacifier chain depending on the length of the name.

The silicone craft materials are BPA-free, sweat and saliva-proof, colorfast and free of harmful substances.

Color settings may vary depending on the specific screen and may therefore differ slightly from the original. Please note that we do not make any changes to uppercase and lowercase letters on our own. The item will be produced according to the customer's specifications. 

Our children's tableware is unbreakable. However, if it falls, it can still break. Plastic is not scratch and cut resistant. Small scratches may occur during use. These are not grounds for complaint or warranty claims.

Please note that the lid is a consumable item and is not covered by a warranty, especially if it breaks as a result of being dropped. Replacement lids are available only upon request.
